Urgent help please!!

Hey,
This is a first for me but my albino rainbow shark is basically dying, she's upside down and not moving but mouth is still going. I've netted her and noticed she has two tiny black marks on her. The tank temperature has risen has the past week despite my best efforts to cool it (due to where the tank is situated) done water changes too. All my other fish look OK though. Is there anything I can do to save her?? I have some disease solve at home but am skeptical about using it as I've read plecos can be really sensitive to things like that and I have two titanic plecos that are getting to a nice size and two little blue phantoms that I really don't want to kill. Help me please!!

Has she been feeding and behaving or swimming normally otherwise?
Do you have any pics of her or the marks? Do they look like damage?

She's been fine, when we've been watching. I haven't looked much at her today though as I've had both kids off school. No pictures of the mark but it's kinda floating around her, I think I could be protein as when they were fed she wasn't moving. 🙁 and it all floated around her. I've lowered the water level slightly and taken the outake off to up the flow. I really want to try and save her 🙁

What have you been feeding? They do need a varied diet of protein and veg/greens
I'm also sure i read recently that someone had a shark that had a habit of floating upside down in their cave.
Also what else is in the tank with her?

They do have a varied diet, the protein was just to distract the fish for a few moments so we could see her clearly. She's with South American cichlids and the four Pleco's.
Right OK lol. I've never heard of that lol. Talk about personality. I've treated the water with half dose of disease solve and going to do a huge water change tomorrow

Yeah i hadn't heard of it  until quite recently. I will check up on it see if it is more common, i know clown loaches are buggers for doing it.
The half dose is a good idea although I haven't heard of the med. i imagine a few more members will be on in the morning with more advice

A quick search i found several reports of rainbow sharks just hanging out in their caves upside down. Then behaving completely normally when they are out and about.
Is she only behaving like this in her cave/home?

Extra water changes. They should cope with a couple of weeks of high temps.
Feed some crushed garlic, it'll do the whole tank good anyway.
Hope it recovers.

Thanks for all your help and advice, she has died 😢 I'm gutted. I'll still do the crushed garlic though. My green terror was really protecting her all night, she looks gutted this morning. She's just hanging around where the albino shark was looking for her 😢
Big water change now. Especially as my water is a toxic green color from the disease solve.... Thanks again!!
