I can't take moving the tank and it's inhabitants all over again. Catching fish is more stressful than waking up to steaming hot water flooding the place !

^^
For the people about why he is selling.

Sorry to hear about what happend Sad

Bless you for trying  celebrate

Borrowed my LFS' nets and trawled them in 20 minutes - 10 Harlequins, 4 Lake Kutubu Rainbowfish and 2 Lake Tebera - could only grab 1 Lake Kuromoi - sadly found another later dead - thats 2 of them and only my 3rd loss - mmmm. Got a credit note instead of cash for the fish so that I wouldn't give up and decided to rehome the Pentazonas in the short term in my 20l -  full of my best plants to hide in.

Gave the last Kurumoi and plants to a friend -  he would have taken the barbs but they would have put him over his max which wouldn't have been fair.

Going on Ebay tomorrow...

....and it's on eBay - "Buy it now" £250 but the reserve is lower...  ;

Not sure if my price is right but then it would seem every other on is also pick up so I guess it depends on my surrounding area.

We'll see  crazy crazy crazy

I feel sick  Sad

Sold on eBay for £180 - to a nice bloke and his lad.  wave

He's having it for his birthday off his Missus - as I did in February. Got himself a bargain, fish went for £35 credit note from LFS, kept the 8 Pentazona Barbs.

He already has 2 tanks but this will be the biggest - his lad is going to have his Elite 65l tank so they're both made up. Seemed genuinely nice folks- travelled all the way from Washington, Tyne and Wear to collect it by 10am. His lad's gonna be a future Newcastle Utd player one day.

Was fun getting it out as we've had new exterior doors put in since it arrived, was a tight squeeze getting it out and into his Primera - but all done with no damage to us, the tank or the car !

Gave him this website and Tony's so he can keep in touch and get some decent plants - TFF 10% discount of course !

Sad day, now I need to decide on the best small tank for when we have a refurb. 65l max I guess, I'll stock it so I can have shrimp as well - my Rainbows would have decimated them !

Ah well, a backward step but at least I'm still in the hobby.  Sad
