BeeTub
My good deed for the day!

Found this bee clinging to the side of one of my RO tubs. Thought it was a was at first, but then saw it move so it had to be a bee.

Gave him some sugar syrup and he came to life. I wanted to photograph his proboscis going nineteen to the dozen, but by the time I'd found…

Hi Johnny, have had my TFF solution since July (stored in a cool dry place in a sealed container). Can you confirm what I think you have told me previously that it was good for upto a year once made.

Also can you give me a heads up how much I add for a 190l Trigon. Was adding 1ml for 20litre SO presumed it would be about 9mls.  fool

Yes it should be fine, give it good shake first! I have had one sat in my fridge for longer and it still looks fine, you need approx 20ml for that size tank, you can add weekly/daily or whatever you are comfortable with, if the plants show any deficiancies then increase the dosage, I currently dose 40ml every other day on my same size tank dude

The mix makes 500ml, depending on how much and how long will tell you how long it will last. Approx 25 doses (20ml) per 500ml of mix.

15-20ml, as to how often, that really depends on your planting and what type you have, pop a list of plants and a pic of the tank, and I can give you an estimate, but TBH, start off dosing and see how the plants react, they soon tell you if they are lacking in something. I currently dose 20ml every otherday in a medium planted tank, mainly crpyts and anubais! dude

didn't want to hog the other post... my tank is 300 litres so approx how much would i need to use? My tank only has a few live plants in at the moment cos I was seeing which ones thrive best with what i was using (king british plant food) which seems ok and i dose once a week with that.
