Were you using Rapashy DH?
Yes but never saw it on that just hanging around the veg.  I'm going to leave it a bit then try again. I know they are hard to introduce.

To cheer myself up I've added some danios to my asian tank.  Got a mix of Leopard and golden zebra. Bit of a black and white theme now going on in the tank with only crowntails a different colour to the rest.

The remaining Ram and Apistos are doing fine in the big tank cant see them having problems now (but Ill keep on watching)
I need to get my hatchet numbers a little higher (another 2 I think).  But I dont think I'll replace the liitle Nanno or the female ram

I'm not replacing my female Ram. I think sometimes you have to accept that some fish just aren't meant to be. I'd go for an increase in the marbled hatchets, they are great fish.

Changed my mind over the ram  they had some nice looking rams on my local MA and my male one has been a bit sulky on his own, he'd coloured down.  So I've bought a new female she's following my male all over the tank.

I'll try and get a picture later.

Made one of my regular trips to chester zoo again.  No matter how many times I go never get bored looking at this tank. (Not my picture)

The fact 2 sloths live above it and jaguars prowl a glass wall just a few yards away probably helps.

They've put a few new tanks in the new islands section as well.  Hopefully they upgrade the actual aquarium section soon.  Its well done but old fashion and needs a better range of catfish bristlenose in every tank is bit unimaginative

It's only £45 a year to join the blue plant aquarium - guess where I'll be going a lot this year :)
