I think you're right Wint3rz. Looks most like the Ambulia. That's one plant identified!
Anyone got any ideas on the smaller red plant?

Not sure about that. The leaves are a lot rounder and shorter than those on the plant you mentioned (in the pictures on google). I'm still looking.

It took my Alternanthera Reineckii ages to get long leaves, if it isnt this plant then it could be ludwigia repens.

I think you could be right, ludwigia repens. Looks very much like that. Although if you say the other takes a while to grow longer leaves, I'll keep an eye on it.
