I really don't know weather to get a heater or not for this tank.
The shrimp look healthy and are eating but they barely move, is this down to the low temp?
If it is I'm in two minds about getting a nano heater?

what is the temperature?
I have a heater in my tank.. but have to admit its more for the plants benefit than the shrimp.

25W is a bit much for my tank I think, especially the vase aswell. The little ones you showed me last time were good though.
I don't know what the temp is, but at night with the heating off its gota drop pretty low?
Plus, if I get a heater I'm Gona need some current in the water arnt I? And I don't want to start adding more stuff.

I think you're worrying too much. so things slow down in the winter.. this is normal. but, its not long now before the year swings round to spring thats just 5 weeks away now.
