Would like to update you on what’s being going on in my Tropical fish keeping, I removed all the plastic plants in my first tank and created a planted one, after 6 months I’ve upgraded to a four foot 60 gallon, gave it a refurb and transferred the plants, filters & stones. Current stock is as follows
1 x Blue Eyed Bristlenose LDA144a
1 x Common Pleco
6 x Bosemani Rainbows
1 x Pair of Ramerezi GBRs
1 x Pair of Apistogramma Cacatoides
3 x Elegant Corydoras
2 x Albino Corydoras
1 x Pair of Angelfish
8 x Black Phantom Tetras

Thanks mate, I’ve refurbished the base as it was three different shades of gloss white painted badly... once the tiger lotus gets big it’ll look even better, I’ve got a couple of Anubias Barteria plants on their way too to beef out a couple of sparce areas. Any suggestions are welcome

I had my tiger lotus at the rear as it grew quite big with leaves reaching the water surface.
Another nice plant is the Cryptocoryne Wendtii (brown or green) for mid/back and bulbs such as Aponogeton will grow well at the rear.

Keep your eye on the 3 different types of cichlids in one tank, but it does look good.

Tbh they all get on fine, the pair of Rams and Apistogrammas are peaceful and occupy different areas at the bottom, the angels have their own big plant they call home.

Looking good.
Perhaps time for a new pic, to see how much it has grown in? (hint hint
)
