Excellent :)
You'll want a cover though as, even when knackered, they still jump. ;)
Sent from my PC as I still don't understand the the logic for mobile internet usage ;) *grin*

*grin* I thought you would have - don't want any newbies thinking it's ok to keep bettas with no lid. ;)

He is looking alot better since the move so fingers crossed that he stays this way.
It must of been the stess of living with the others.

The cory have been laying again today. I managed to save some eggs before they where gobbled up. I probably won't be saving any more because I don't have the space if I can't move them on quickly.

    Hi all, little update.
Herbert's still doing well in his own tank, although I just seen a baby platy swimming around in there with him. I must of accidenly caught it when I better the betta out.
I have decided that my mum can have Herbert as she has never kept fish and is always looking at him when she visits. I am going to be giving her strict care instructions on some paper and I will ensure that the tank she gets is ready for him.

I have advertised on Facebook my young platties, cory and bn's and have someone coming tomorrow for 3 platties.
Corydoras still not ready but some are getting close now.

I think I will actually do that, thanks for reminding me  *cheers*
With regards to the bn, don't forget my tank offer. I don't mind if you bring me your smaller tank later when you have everything switched over. I will be glad to see more of the bn's go to fellow enthusiasts. That's why I am happy to sort you out an appropriate tank.

Nice pics :) they're all looking well
Thanks for the offer :) i think it would be too deep (front to back) to fit on the stand we already have unfortunately, the 54l is only 1 foot (30cm) front to back.

Check out the crazy overhang either side of my fry tank lol.
It has a bit of ply and foam underneath cut to the correct size underneath. I am hoping it stays okay. Should be as the shop I got it from, most tanks was like that. This tank was literally say ontop of 2 normal shelf brackets.

Yeah i wouldnt want to take that chance long term lol
Weirdly the cabinet we have has a curve on the front so the corners at the front overhang slightly.

I seen the rainbows spawning last night for the first time. It was really interesting. The blue male can literally turn his breeding colours on and off like a light, amazing.

Are those your cory fry from your most recent spawn? They're looking very good and a decent size already. Congrats.
