Only just read this Stephen gutted for you mate ,but what ever you do i'm sure it will be another great setup.
    Thanks mate.

The whole theme was built around the Sterbai corydoras and Cupid cichlids.
I spent many, many hours researching the Rio Mamoré and Río Iténez and I do mean many hours.
I read articles, expedition articles so that my fish species existed in the rivers and eventually tweaked the stocking towards just the Rio Mamoré in Bolivia.
I have never had any disease, so I rarely answer those questions on the forum but loosing the Cupids was a massive blow, not to disease but possibly human error causing a nitrite spike. I can only assume that removing some bags of RowaPhos caused it, although that sounds unlikely it's the only explanation I have.

I have not started my new theme set up.
It  is not features in my tank log. Stephen's 6 foot (600L) tank log & stocking

All I can say is we'd be lost without you mate, you've put too many good hours into the hobby.  Chin up and enjoy a new challenge, change is good.  Not forgetting the poor fishes either :/
