Is this cat a cross Multipunc/Petricola
« on: December 28, 2017, 01:35:54 pm »
I bought this as a Multipunctatus but it is now clearly not. I'm not complaining it is a beautiful cat and gives me hours of pleasure as it is not shy in the least and is out in the open all day every day. Whereas my full blood Multipunctatus will come out of it's hiding hole scoot around the tank then go back in.

It has multipunctatus traits (tail and dorsal), but doesn't look right for a true one......

That cross breed has shown up on a lot of wholesale lists lately. I've never seen one, but that looks about right.

Yeah they are huge when it comes to the size of the Multipunc.
I like that the Multipunc hides a lot cos when it does come out I am far more appreciated of it when it does come out, sometimes for 5 mins or 1 hour or sometimes all day.
