Pets at Home Pitsea

I read a few bad reports about Pets at Home but upon visiting their Pitsea branch I was impressed by the knowledge and enthusiasm shown. on two visits I spoke to two different staff members and both were great. Happy to spend as much time with me as I needed and both very helpful and offering a lot of advice. They certainly seemed to know what they were talking about. I was told that they do a nine month course before dealing with the tropical fish and some do a further advanced course.
From the help and advice they have given me I'll certainly be going back when my tank has cycled, hopefully soon.
