my bristle nose catfish

got this youngster about 2weeks ago and I swear he's getting bigger by the day thumbsup

    How big is he/she? You won't be able to tell until at least 2" ;)

    just over 2 inches, only got him as i was suffering with brown/reddish algae. and he did a fantastic job cleared it 2 days

    Does the 2" include the tail? (It should exclude the tail ;) )

    to be honest the little bugger's hiding so cant see but will let you know, but if he aint a bristle nose he would'nt have the bristle's would he???

    So, the bristles only really start to show up from two inches plus (discounting tail)...?

    right ... he/she is just 2 inches with tail but it has a couple of things(bristles?) on its head are they starting or do all of this type have these.
    and if not a BN then what is it?? I only have a 54lt tank *dontknow*

    They all have the nostrils. My guess is that it's a female BN, but they may grow...... ;)
