The 250l replanted

Old tank, new log.
After about 4 years since my last visit to TFF, I've decided to record the a fresh start with my tank. It's been ticking over for a while, and for one reason and another, become generally unloved. I've done the most basic maintenance sporadically, but felt ashamed looking at it a couple of weeks ago and started ordering new bits and pieces.
Today was the day. Have changed the about 70% of the water, added 20kg of black limpopo sand and planted some greenery - easy care plants only!
New fish - 7 x albino cory
Old stock - cardinal tetras, rummynose tetras, cherry barbs, harlequin rasbora.
All fish currently happy and swimming round happily exploring their new looking surroundings.

Looks good.
It's good to have a re-think and a revamp now & again to keep the interest going.

Look after your fish and the water, do regular water changes & maintenance, do your research and the hobby will be rewarding.
All the best
