Could anyone tell me whether they think my plec is a.male or female

    How big are they Phil?
    Either way looks male to me as females only tend to have small bristles (if any at all) only around the lip not up the nose as well.

    its a couple of inches or so maybe, hard to really get a precise measurment as they dont like staying still haha.

    No thats true, mine scuttles off like a loon when i get close to the tank, unless i sneak up on her even then once she notices shes off lol
