Ello peeps
I started in keeping fish around 30 odd years ago and for various reasons took a break from it and restarted a little over a month or so ago
I have an 84 litre, fully planted aquarium that has live plants, Neons, Black Neons, Pristellas, Bronze Cory's & a mischievious Pleco. Currently in there are a pair of Kissing Gourami called Vettel & Hamilton who will be moving to another identical aquarium in a few weeks time due to their behaviour issues.
The aquarium is a Ciano Aqua series, came with heater, filter and LED hood light....the original hood light was white LED but the fish hated it and the plants didn't do well cos its just too harsh. So I changed to the Ciano plants LED which is full length of the hood, 3 lights red, 1 light ultra violet combination and the fish absolutely love it and the plants grow around 2cm a day. I have a couple of hide toys, silica sand and small gravel substrate and moss balls that the Cory's & Pleco love moving around
The Cory's are the aquarium comedians, they are crazy little blighters, backflipping in the airlight and filter spray arm flow (I have the spray arm abover the water line as a waterfall and the fish dart in and out of it).
I did have a huge attack of the mini mollusc munchkins that took alot of Gastropex and sandwich bags to deal with, but the war has now been won...finally
