Strange "wormy stuff" growing in tank

Hi everybody  *2116*


For a few weeks now, I have seen what I can only describe as "some strange wormy stuff" growing in two places in my tank...
I have no idea what it is, except that it looks like it might be a group of some kind of worms?


All advice / identifications would be appreciated
Hopefully you can see it in the two photos below...
