That your tank isn't cycled. Ammonia and nitrite have to be zero!!

Is this a cycled tank with fish in or an uncycled tank?

Only if you Don't rince them under the tap...it must be in old tank water otherwise you have got rid of all the good bacteria in the tank. You'll have to do large water changes every day now to get ammonia and nitrites to 0.
What size is the new tank and how many fish do you have in it?

I cleaned it with tap water oops! I'm no good at this as the water in my tanks just seem to be green after 1 day of water change! Its so frustrating,
I don't know how much litres of water the tank holds, its 3.5ft in length. I have 6 tiger barbs, 2angels, 1redtail shark, 3 golden barbs, 4gouramis, 2clown loaches & 1 algae eater x

hmmm ok well there are a lot of knowledgable people on here that can help you through this but it will be a lot of hard work on your part as you are now going through a fish-in cycle and will need to be carrying out large daily water changes and testing.
You clown loaches are sadly too small for your tank too so you'll have to consider rehoming those :(

What are you adding to the water before you do water changes?Do you know anyone who could give you some mature filter media?

I don't think I have the clown loaches what grow huge, all my fish are really small just now but yes if they grow huge I will trade them in to my local tropical fish shop.
I have filter aid & tap safe x

Im afraid you need to get rid of the angel fish, tiger barbs, clown loaches and the sharks.

That may sound like a hard job but you are going to have serious problems down the line with those fish in that tank.

Your tank isn't cycled, so you're doing a fish in cycle. That means you need to do 50% water changes daily (preferably twice daily) to keep the ammonia and nitrite as close to zero as possible.

But get rid of all those fish first, and research what fish you can actually keep, before buying fish which you later have to re home!

The advice is only for your benifit and we just don't want your fish to suffer. I'm surprised they haven't already had problems with them all being in a 60L previously.
The water quality problem IS because of the fish you have in there, far too many for an unestablished filter!

Please listen to peoples advise, they are only trying to help :)

Most probably yes. The daily water changes are to prevent your fish getting ammonia/ nitrite poisoning.
