Bristlenoses And Bulldogs?

I have 2 bristlenoses in my 180L tank and I would just like to know if I could safely put a (suspected) male bulldog plec in there as well. Would they get on or would it be chaos? There are many hiding places, caves etc. Just want to know before I think about doing it Thanks.

Are the BNs a pair or two males? If they're a pair then it should be ok if there's somewhere for him to live....you do realise that bulldog plecs like the water quite cool (under 74F)?

Ahh OK, they are a pair (the bristlenoses) but if the bulldogs prefer it cooler then I may not put them in there. I'd prefer them to be comfortable :D My tank is generally a constant 23/24°c.

That is the very top of their range, but their metabolisms will be working at full stretch, so not having them is the best call.
