I'm glad you asked.:D I've decided that life is short, and none of us know when we'll be gone. SO....instead of assuming that more Clown Loaches will die, I came home with two more Clowns, just because I want them. AND...instead of worrying that Gold Nugget Plecos are difficult to keep alive, I bought a Gold Nugget Pleco, just because I want one.:bounce8: I'm really pleased with myself.........:DAND if these fish should outgrow my 55 gal., I will buy myself a bigger tank.:yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:
AND when I quit smoking, on Mar. 1, I will spend every cent I save, on fish or tanks, if that is what I choose to do............

heh heh, but a better life than it would've had in some 5year olds' uncycled 10 litre torture chamber... :)

sharon, are these looking healthier and are they larger than the last ones?

good luck with them, keeping my fingers crossed...

Well good luck Sharon :) Let's hope they haven't let the scrawny not ready to be sold ones out. Did you pick them yourself? Did you ask whether they were eating and what? Did you find out whether they'de been quarantined and how long? Ooooooh I hope so.....................:paperbag1:
Sent from my PC as I still don't understand the the logic for mobile internet usage ;) *grin*

They've been at the store for two weeks, so I'm assuming that they're stronger than the last shipment. They use a small amount of salt in all their tanks, so I guess that is not a good thing for the Clowns. I've been acclimating now for three hours, so it's almost time to release. The Clowns are going in a 5 gal.(with Glolites) so I can feed them well. The Gold Nugget is going straight into the 55 gal, as I'm afraid to move him a second time. They are noted to be very sensitive to change. Ian, I did check to see what they've been eating... basically, flakes, shrimp pellets and algae wafers. I did pick the fattest, most active ones, although none were what you'd call plump............Tim, it will be the end of the world for the fish, if it doesn't go well. But I have researched extensively, and will have done my best, and not caused any harm, intentionally.

Wahoo Sharon, you are one definite power lady - like it. Just go out and do it - no messing around - brill.
Also I love to hear about folk talking about fish they have bought/buying. I can't do that (probably just as well!!) as LFS is 2 days away and too far for online purchase. So I just track what you are doing and others which is great.

Enjoy - well done you :)
