Title: Goldfish cysts

Hello!
I'm having a little trouble with one of my goldfish. She's developing these lumps, which then burst and heal. At first it was just one, and now there are a few that have popped up. Once they've popped they go away but others take their place. I'm so concerned for her as she's a tiny little thing.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do for her?
Tank is 50 gal Weekly water changes Ammonia 0 Nitrite 0 Nitrate 5 One other goldfish as a tankmate Fed Repashy Gold and vegetables.
