Made my first batch of beef heart for my discus. It was greatly accepted by all. The laetacara curviceps fought over a large chunk - until a bn came and sat on the piece.

Once this is finished, I can focus on the small tank.

I was thinking with keeping the afro - Asian theme.

The only problems I have are the remaining corys(they won't appreciate the warmer temps) and the cardinal (they won't appreciate the angels trying to eat them)

Is my research correct? Will angels eat the cardinals?

You mentioned emperor tetras in an earlier post not being colourful. You should defo have a look at some if your lfs have them, there really colourful and would look great in your 2m as they get a good 'fat' size. I had a shoal in my aquatlantis tank. I had the standard ones and the black variety.  Here's some online pics:

    6ft custom Malawi tank
    3ft convict tank
    1ft fry tank
